Continua l’indagine sulle discriminazioni delle persone Lgbt+ in ambito lavorativo condotta dall’Istituto Nazionale di Statistica (Istat) in collaborazione con l’Ufficio nazionale antidiscriminazioni razziali (Unar). E così, dopo la ricerca sulle misure di diversity management realizzate da imprese con almeno 50 dipendenti dell’industria e dei servizi, i cui risultati sono stati resi noti in novembre in uno specifico report, il 21 dicembre è stato dato il via a un nuovo step: la rilevazione sulle discriminazioni lavorative delle persone Lgbt+ in unione civile o già in unione, che avrà termine a fine febbraio. L’ultima fase dell’indagine riguarderà invece i singoli individui Lgbt+ in generale.
La rilevazione in corso coinvolge tutte le persone residenti in Italia che, dalle Liste anagrafiche comunali (Lac), al 1° gennaio 2020, risultano in unione civile o già in unione civile, ovvero unite in passato ma che al momento non lo sono più per interruzione dell’unione civile o per decesso del partner. Di tipo totale e individuale, essa coinvolge oltre 21 mila individui, che stanno ricevendo già da giorni al loro indirizzo di residenza una lettera informativa, a firma del presidente dell’Istat Gian Carlo Blangiardo, e possono partecipare all’indagine anche se non abitano o risiedono più presso l’indirizzo cui è stata recapitata la lettera.
Per partecipare si dovrà compilare il questionario e inviarlo all’Istat per via telematica entro la fine di febbraio 2021. L’accesso è protetto da codici personali (Codice utente e Password iniziale), assegnati esclusivamente al soggetto rispondente, che si trovano nella lettera informativa.
La partecipazione è volontaria, ma, come si legge sul sito dell’Istat, «è fondamentale rispondere considerata l’importanza dell’indagine. Pur accettando di aderire e procedere con la compilazione, si avrà la possibilità di non rispondere ad alcune domande di carattere personale e ai quesiti di natura sensibile indicati all’interno del questionario, il cui elenco completo è, altresì, indicato nella lettera d’invito. Con il proprio contributo i partecipanti forniranno informazioni preziose per comprendere importanti aspetti della nostra società e aiutare i decisori politici a definire e programmare interventi mirati. La qualità della ricerca, inoltre, sarà tanto più elevata quanto maggiori e veritiere saranno le risposte fornite».
