In comcomitanza con la 4° serata di Sanremo la puntata di Propaganda Live del 7 febbraio non ha al solito deluso telespettatrici e telespettatori aficionado. Ma ha anche catalizzato l’interesse di chi facendo zapping, nei momenti pubblicitari del festival, è stato autenticamente rapito, tra le 22:00 e le 23:00, dal servizio girato da Diego Bianchi, il 2 febbraio, sulla juta (andata, ndr) dei femminielli a Montevergine.
Il conduttore ha fatto così conoscere al grande pubblico una delle più significative tradizioni popolari campane, in cui il sacro si mescola al profano secondo ritualità ancestrali che vedono la Madonna di Montevergine, popolarmente chiamata Mamma Schiavona, come simbolo archetipico di accoglienza e inclusione.
Non solo dei femminielli ma anche delle persone Lgbti e, in particolare, di quelle transgender, alla cui macro-categoria, in ogni caso, sono riduttivisticamente ricondotti i primi, piuttosto da considerare come una realtà singolare e propria del milieu partenopeo al di là del binarismo di genere. «La figura del femminiello è mascolina e femminile – ricorda il noto attore Ciro Cascina – e quando è ben miscelata non si sa davvero distinguere una dall’altra».
Bianchi, che è salito a Montevergine sull’autobus organizzato da Atn, ha potuto così riprendere le dichiarazioni della presidente Ileana Capurro e della vicepresidente nonché fondatrice dell’associazione Loredana Rossi, entrambe presenti ieri sera in studio.

Ma anche filmare l’ingresso nel primitivo santuario attraverso il percorso sulla scalinata antistante, cadenzato, gradino per gradino, dalle invocazioni cantate in napoletano dall’artista folk Marcello Colasurdo e proseguite fino all’altare della Madonna mentre Ciro Cascina, cofondatore dell’Afan (Associazione Femmenelle Antiche Napoletane), rendeva il suo consueto omaggio a Mamma Schiavona.
Di Colasurdo, che si è anche esibito ieri in diretta negli studi di Propaganda Live accompagnando con la sua voce e la musica del suo gruppo la performance di Ciro Cascina, sono state riportate nel servizio di Bianchi le significative dichiarazioni: «Non vogliamo essere discriminati e additati. Contro tutte le culture della cattiveria, delle omofobie, della violenza. Questa è una festa dell’amore, una festa della vita. Preghiamo la Mamma Schiavona che ci faccia stare bene tutti quanti».

Particolarmente toccante l’intervista a Loredana Rossi. La vicepresidente di Atn – Associazione Transessuali Napoli ha ricordato come le persone trans subiscano una doppia discriminazione e come alle stesse sia di fatto precluso un regolare accesso al lavoro sì da costringere non poche a prostituirsi per sopravvivere. Ha poi rilevato l’assenza di strutture d’accoglienza per le persone trans cacciate di casa o in stato di bisogno.
«A Napoli le persone trans – ha dichiarato nel servizio – non avevano voce e diritti. 15 anni fa sono diventata operatrice e mi sono tolta dal marciapiede perché finalmente avevo qualcosa per vivere. Queste cose qua alcune trans sono costrette a farle per vivere».
Il girato sulla juta, le dichiarazioni di Colasurdo e Rossi, l’esibizione di Ciro Cascina hanno sollevato stupore e apprezzamento anche in studio a partire dal direttore de L’Espresso Marco Damilano, che ha ricordato la funzione esauguratrice e inclusiva del cristianesimo in relazione a riti pagani preesistenti.
