Calendarizzare il ddl Zan in Commissione Giustizia del Senato, perché «non si tratta di priorità ma di civiltà». A scriverlo oggi su Facebook Francesco Boccia, ex ministro per gli Affari regionali e le Autonomie nel governo Conte II e attuale responsabile Enti locali nella Segreteria del Pd.
«Omotransfobia, crimini d’odio, abilismo, misoginia, questi i reati regolati dal ddl Zan – così Boccia –. Il senatore Ostellari e la Lega non possono impedire al Parlamento di esprimersi; nomini presto un relatore libero, senza pregiudizi o provocazioni alla Pillon. È inaccettabile tenere in ostaggio la Commissione Giustizia del Senato».
E proprio Matteo Salvini ha oggi ribadito la ferma contrarietà del Carroccio al disegno di legge, risfoderando le motivazioni impiegate in maniera martellante nell’estate dello scorso anno.
«La nostra posizione è chiarissima: ognuno è libero di fare l’amore con chi vuole, amare chi vuole e vivere con chi vuole – ha affermato il segretario della Lega in un’intervista al Corriere della Sera –. E chi discrimina o aggredisce e picchia per strada qualcuno, che sia etero, che sia omo o sia trans, è un delinquente. Punto. Che va punito come la legge già prevede. Non serve una nuova legge, soprattutto in un momento in cui ci dovremmo occupare dell’epidemia e della ripartenza». Salvini ha quindi aggiunto: «Politici e cantanti possono dire quel che vogliono: non mi convinceranno. Semmai, lavoro per rendere più veloci e meno costose le adozioni le migliaia di coppie che attendono. Noi crediamo che la legge sull’omofobia possa introdurre una discriminazione: se io dico che ritengo che l’utero in affitto è una barbarie, se dico che sono contrario alle adozioni gay, rischio il processo».
Ma, come noto, già l’originario testo unificato del disegno di legge non prevedeva l’estensione dell’art. 604 bis alla fattispecie della propaganda delle idee. In quello poi approvato, il 29 luglio, dalla Commissione Giustizia della Camera, è stato inserito un nuovo articolo (3), che ha recepito l’emendamento proposto dall’ex forzista Enrico Costa e ribattezzato come “salva idee”, in cui viene ribadito il disposto dell’art. 21 della Costituzione sulla libera manifestazione di pensiero. Articolo, che ulteriormente integrato, è l’attuale 4 del testo approvato dalla Camera nel novembre scorso.
